As well as being one of Elite's Instructors, Ally is the owner and founder of Elite Fitness.
Ally has been dancing since she was six years old across all styles of dance competing in many eisteddfods taking away gold, silver and bronze medals across different styles and age groups.
She has always had a passion for health and fitness, dabbling in the martial art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, competing in 2015 at a novice level and taking away two silver medals.
She discovered Pole dancing in Canberra in 2010 and made a hobby of the sport before taking it more seriously in 2015. In 2016 she competed in Miss Pole Dance Tasmania and came 2nd in her division. Ally is opening Elite Fitness - pole dance and fitness centre with the aim of helping other people reach their health and fitness goals and wanting to give more people the self confidence and strength that pole dancing gave her.

Ally is also in the process of becoming a certified personal trainer through our assosiates at FIT COLLEGE to further her passion to help others acheive their health and fitness goals.


Naomi has been dancing for nearly 10 years and began pole dancing 3 years ago. As a student and teacher she has become more confident in her abilities and has pushed herself to achieve a lot more then she would have ever thought.

Since beginning pole she has won a number of titles such as:
1st Tas pole championships (intermediate) 2014.

2nd ACT pole championships 2015.
       Finalist Pole Theatre 2015/2016 and 2017.

1st MPDTas 2014, 2015 and 2016.
1st ACT pole championships 2016 and 2017.
1st NSW Pole Championships 2016.
Finalist MPD VIC 2015 and 2016.

3rd Australian Pole Championships 2017.

She also competed in the 2016 Australian pole championship finales receiving the award for best musical interpretation and was a guest Instructor at the 2017 ​Australian Pole Expo.

Jamie began pole dancing in 2011, since then he has had ongoing experience teaching students of various skill levels the art of pole.
In 2014, Jamie won his first National Title when he took first place in the Battle Division of the Australian Pole Championships in Canberra.
In 2016, Jamie experienced competition from a different perspective when he worked as a judge for Miss Pole Dance Tasmania. As a lover of fitness and dance, pole has been a perfect way for Jamie to express himself, performing his special style of pole dance in a variety of venues and locations across Tasmania.

Sammy started pole dancing in 2012 and it was there that she found her passion for fitness! Sammy competed in her first pole fitness competition in 2013 taking 3rd place in her division.
She then went on to compete in the pole fitness championships in 2014 and Miss Pole Dance Tasmania 2013 and 2014.
In 2015 Sammy started her own pole fitness studio and continued that for nearly 2 years.

Since then Sammy has competed in INBA bodybuilding shows in Tasmania and Melbourne and is also a fully qualified personal trainer.


​​Jam has been poling for around 6 years. Always a very athletic person, pole dance was definitely out of her comfort zone.
Jam had no experience in dance or gymnastics and confesses the first time she was upside down on a pole she turned white.
With hard work and dedication Jam become a performer and competitor, taking out 1st place at Miss Pole Dance Tasmania - Intermediate 2014 and was a finalist in Miss Pole Dance Tasmania - advanced 2016. She would like to take all new students outside of their comfort zones and show a talent you never thought was possible.

Jam is living proof that Pole dancing can be for anyone.
